My lovely friend Ellie has started a KAL for Not Socks in the Chopped Tomatoes Ravelry Group. I cast on the first glove in the first week of Feb and I have been knitting it at the group meets, I am at the hand ribbing section on the first glove so I'm making some decent progress considering the amount of dyeing I've been busy with!

A few members of Cardiff Knitters are taking part, and I'm finding it so interesting to see how the pattern knits up in various yarns, and how people I know are responding to the way that I write my patterns. So far I haven't had any complaints, so I'm happy happy! 

The KAL has no official start or end date, so please join in if you have an orphan skein of sock yarn that might have a pair of gloves in it's destiny...
